Yes they’re designed to complement each other. Take Pre-Run Endurance 30–45 minutes before your session, and Post-Run Recovery within 30 minutes after. Together, they cover your full performance and recovery cycle.
Do I need to use this for every run?
Use Pre-Run Endurance for longer or higher-intensity sessions where you need sustained energy and hydration. Post-Run Recovery is ideal after hard efforts when your body needs to replenish and rebuild.
Can I still use the products if I have a sensitive stomach?
