We stand by our products and want every runner to feel great using them.
That’s why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all full-size SUB3 pouches. If you’re not completely happy, email us within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll make it right.
Please note, sample packs are not eligible for refunds or returns. Due to the consumable nature of supplements, opened sample packs cannot be refunded.
If your order arrives damaged or if something isn’t right, we’ll fix it — just email us within 14 days of receiving your order at support@runwithsub3.com with your order number and photos.
Refunds
• Refunds incur a $5.99 AUD handling fee, deducted from your total.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of return approval and inspection.
Exchanges
Want to swap for another product or flavour and haven’t opened yours?
We’ll cover return postage for exchanges — just get in touch.

• Order number
• Email used at checkout
• Brief reason for return
Order Cancellations
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can cancel it.
If it’s already on the move, you’ll need to return it unopened once it arrives.

We’re a small team that packs with care — but if something’s wrong, we’ll fix it fast.
Just shoot us a note within 14 days of receiving your order, with photos if possible.
