When should I take SUB:3 Post-Run Recovery?

To maximise the benefits, take SUB:3 Post-Run Recovery within 30 minutes of finishing your run. This is known as the “glycogen window”, a period when your muscles are most primed to absorb nutrients, rebuild glycogen, and kickstart repair. The sooner you refuel, the faster you recover.

How can I get more protein in my recovery?
